Examine:- Oral cavity - retained deciduous tooth still present, missed on dental earlier this week, please remove next time Henry has an anaesthetic.- Dental Score - 0- Ears/ eyes/ skin - Large swelling between eye and ear.- LNs - Peripheral LNs WNLs. - Thoracic auscultation - No audible murmur or arrhythmia, normal bronchovesicular sounds. - Abdominal palpation - Soft, comfortable, no palpable anomalies. - MSK - No lameness observed, complete MSK exam not performed. - Neuro - Appropriate mentation, no ataxia. Complete neuro exam not performed. - Genitourinary - NSF.Cytology:NeutrophilsDdx: insect bite, FB. Plan:Amoxyclav and antibitoics, ini in 5 days sedated explore. Vital Signs
