Presented for dental recheck with PVP.

Presented for dental check post extractions Has been doing well since procedure, seems to be doing even better since prior to sx. Has been eating a lot better, not painful, no pawing or rubbing at face. No vomiting or diarrhoea, has been coughing slightly post procedure but improving since today. Still on meloxicam, tolerating this OK. Had PVP prior to visit today, accidentally have full tablet instead of half, though dose still ineffective today. Unable to properly examine mouth and check gum line, from minimal exam, looks OK, may have slight gingival inflammation but no halitosis and no obvious abnormalities. O noted Mia hasn't been drinking much, has been adding water into food and syringing also. Otherwise bright and happy, no lethargy, no other issues. Recommended continuing meloxicam for gingival inflammation for next 2 days, continue soft foods until Friday and then start slowly transitioning onto dry food again. Sent home with oralade to entice drinking, recommended revisit INI or worsening. FAS levels high today even with PVP on board. O to do daily gum line/extraction site checks. CM
