Adv will likely need dental within next couple of years, discussed teeth brushing.Lumps: one larger mass on left side (approximately 1.5 cm), additional  lipoma on chest, and smaller one approx 0.5cm on R side all masses soft, mobile, and consistent with lipomatous tissue. O's opt against FNAs today.Assessment:Likely multiple lipomas - Consistent with previous biopsy results showing benign lipomatous tissue. Growth rate from small pea to current size over 10 months is within expected parameters for lipomas. Masses remain soft and mobile without signs of malignant transformation.Plan:Additional Discussion:- Discussed lipoma characteristics and growth patterns. Explained that lipomas are generally slow-growing but can occasionally grow more rapidly- Discussed that lipomas can become locally invasive but rarely become malignant - Advised monitoring for changes in size, consistency, or fixation- Explained that surgical removal is not necessary unless masses become problematic or show concerning changes- Discussed dental cleaning procedure - Advised to monitor masses for significant changes in size, firmness, or mobility- Discussed dental cleaning options and preventive care including daily tooth brushing with dog-safe toothpaste    Vital Signs    Weight: 35;
