No other seizures since<br>- Check lump on chest, noticed in the last week or so, unsure if getting bigger<br><br>PE:<br>BAR, <br>BCS: 4/9<br>EENM: NAD<br>MM pink and moist, CRT <2s<br>Dentition: DDGr 1<br>CVS: NAD<br>Resp: thoracic ausc clear<br>Abdo palp: NAD<br>Integ: 4cm firm SC mass on RHS ventral ribcage, growing under ?muscle? tissue causing a bit of tension.<br>FNA shows lipid droplets, RBCs, eosinophils, neutrophils, lymphocytes<br><br>Assessment:<br>- Lipoma? vs other neoplastic lesion<br>- Single seizure <br><br>Plan:<br>- Send off for cytology<br>- Report results to O once available <br>- Discussed next steps for idiopathic epilepsy but currently seizures are sporadic, OK to monitor, review if getting worse <br><br><br></p></html>

OR has been scooting occasionally recently + licking bottom otherwise well ce- R AG - mildly full, easily emptied, normal discharge L AG- empty, nad advised no issue with AGs today, if scoots 1/2 times and stops not concerned, if excessively scooting / licking bottom then re-see.

In with female ownerHx:- Has been a bit off her food in the past week. Has been on chicken + rice since the episode started. Faeces have been a bit pastier and "mustard-y" 3-4 days ago. This morning, O noted she was eating a lot of grass and stomach was very gurgly. Ate her food a few hours before her vet visit. Has a hx of a sensitive stomach. - Doing well, no concerns otherwise- Drinking and urinating normal. Faeces yesterday were back to normal; hasn't defaecated today. - No V+, coughing, sneezing- No ongoing meds currentlyPE:BAR, shy but nice dogBCS: 5/9EENM: NADMM pink, CRT 1.5 secDentition: DDGR 1-2/4CVS: NAD. No obvious murmurs or arrhythmias. Femoral pulses normodynamic and synchronous. Resp: NAD. No abnormal bronchovesicular soundsAbdo palp: No pain palpatedAssessment:Dietary indiscretion is likelyDDGR 1-2/4Rx:- Maropitant 0.94mL in dorsum SQ- Prokolin 3mL BID until stools are firmPlan:- As above. O to monitor for improvements to clinical signs. Consider review INI and to perform further diagnostics if warranted.
