Flea/tick/worming: UTD PHYSICAL EXAM: Demeanour: BARVitals: WNL CVS: regular rhythm, no murmur, SSFP.RESP: normal respiratory effort, clear bronchovesicular sounds; no crackles or wheezes.ORAL: NAD OCULAR: NADABDO: gassy and borborygmi on palpation, mild discomfort LNs: peripheral LN WNL.INTEG: coat clean, no visible ectoparasites.GAIT: ambulating well, no lameness observed.UROGEN: NADASSESSMENT: Acute D+ - Primary GI (gastroenteritis vs dietary (indiscretion vs intolerance) vs gastrointestinal obstruction vs Infectious [bacterial vs viral vs parasitic vs protozoal] vs IBD vs other) vs Extra-GI (pancreatitis vs toxicity vs neoplastic vs hypoadrenocorticism vs other)PLAN: Advised O not to give NSAIDs during any GI upsetRecommended bloods and faecal testing, O opts for faecal testing but declined bloods for now.
