- Not very interested in food
- Drinking plenty of water still

- O reports had a Bbq and was feeding sausages and raw bones

MM: pink/moist            CRT: <2sec
HR: 100 w/ no murmur or arrythmia
RR: Panting w/ no adventitious lung sounds
LN: NAD
Temperature: 39.0

- Slightly generalised tense abdomen
- Difficult to palpate internal structures
Neurological: NAD

- Tachypnoea
- Lethargy
DDx: FB vs pancreatitis vs liver disease vs pancreatic disease vs toxin vs other
A: Discussed concern for FB or pancreatitis advised bloods (blood gas and CPLi at a minimum) to assess for these. Discussed possible need for imaging. Discussed antiemetic treatment. O just wanting anti-emetic and monitoring for now. Advised if after 30min Beau continues to V+ then he needs to be seen straight away as risk of FB is higher. Ensure still drinking water.

- Maropitant 5.6mL SC
