Have not given any gaba or traz as didn't feel it helped prior to prev vet visits anyway. O: Muzzled by O impossible to then examine without sedation Proceed to IM sedation with 0.5ml dom/0.4ml torb

Bronwyn called - spoke w/ GM - O currently in Adelaide, P is at home and having carers come in morning and night, P home alone during day - P's symptoms from last visit continue, seems NQR and O is very concerned and unsure of what to do as away and no one available to bring in P during business hours - GM recommended MASH to be seen out of hours, this comforted O as they have been there before. O will take to MASH when home on Sunday or son will bring him to MASH earlier - Hx sent to MASH
