Sun: NADIR 7 for a few hrs (12-2pm), otherwise mostly high the whole day - 2IU BID Mon: NADIR  16, 3 IU in the PM, then low from midnight onwards, didn't get above 2.9Tues: No insulin in the morning as still low Plan: 20.01.2026Going onto 3IU in the morning, and 2IU in the evening, O to also give another B12 injection as duePlan: 21.01.2026Advised O to continue 3IU in the morning and 2IU in the evening, NADIR today was 13.2 so continue 1 more day and see tomorrow how she's going (especially now pred has stopped completely)Plan: 23.01.2026T 3IU AM & 2IU PM Plan: 28.01.2026Advised to stay at 3IU AM & 2IU PM = left voicemail for Brett, will call Fri to check in.
