Bright and eating well, no v+ current: prokolin small amount left. Stopped gabapentin and paracetomol.  r/c 6 weeks at NEVs- called and asked for latest hx with lomg term plan to be sent through Examination:  T 38.5 mm pink crt 1 sec HR 120 regular rhtyhm chest clear wound CDI - s/o - called NEVS and got go ahead for 10-14d and has been 13 days now . walking improved, mild ataxia now Lab: CRP 10.9  ( prev 20) Assesssment: pyrexia resolved  and cRP falling Plan: follow NEVS plan for now and r/c with them as required r/c here if unwell or has d+     Vital Signs    Weight: 9.5;
