Conservatively managed, is very active, does jump off the bed but o unable to stop her. 
Attends regular hydrotherapy 
Hx of eating non food items she shouldn't
Intentional weight loss from 9.2 to 8.4kg, adv o this is ideal weight

EXAMINATION
Mentation: BAR, very very excited
BCS: 5/9 
HR 140 RR panting Temp 38.0
Mouth: MM pink and moist, CRT<2, no pain opening the mouth, dental grade 1/4
Eyes: No blepharospasm, no discharge, no epiphora, normal pupil size 
Ears: Externally the ears show no discharge, no erythema 
Chest: The lung fields are normal. No upper respiratory noise. 
Cardiac: No murmur, no arrhythmia
Abdomen: Comfortable, no masses or organomegaly detected 
Urinary: Kidneys are symmetrical, bladder is comfortable
Lnn: Symmetrical, no enlargement
Skin: Good hair coat, no ectoparasites, normal skin turgor
Musculoskeletal: No lameness, good ROM stifles/hips, no stifle effusion/buttress, no spinal pain
