Assessment: Radiographs lateral shoulders and elbow. Lesion over the head of the humerus. DDX - calcification of biceps tendon worse left cf right. Vs ocd lesions. Treatment: rest meloxicam for 4 days. Start course of synovan injecitons 0.95ml sqStart antinol plus. Consent has been given by the client to proceed with this treatment - Yes/No Plan: Repeat 3 more synvoan injections 1 week apart. Can last for 6 months..INI - ct and specialist referral.
