Finally pooed at noon today - normal. <br>Had another dog staying tgt, Rani might not have enjoyed his company. <br>No V+ or D+.<br>Drinking habits remain the same. <br>Energy levels decreased.<br>Current diet: Lyka + kibbles<br>Current meds: meloxicam<br><br>Examination:<br>Mentation: BAR<br>Eyes/ears: NAD<br>Oral: MM pink/moist, CRT 2s<br>Cardioresp: no cardiac murmur or arrythmia, normal BV sounds bilaterally.<br>Abdo palp: soft and comfortable. Tried to nip towards caudal abdo palp, likely due to temperament. <br>MSK: ambulatory x4<br>Neuro: NAD<br>Integument: NAD<br>LNs: WNL<br><br>Assessment:<br>Pyrexia. Ddx inflammation vs infection<br>Hyporexia, constipation.<br><br>Plan:<br>Bloodwork done today - sent off to ASAP for urgent Canine Body Function. <br>In the meantime, dispensed amoxyclav 500mg - 1 tab po bid for 5d. <br>Also dispensed actilax for constipation. </p></html>
