HISTORY:limp tail for 3 days. normally has a high tail. sitting strangely today. He has seemed to have recovered but owners want vaccines anyway 
in Hong Kong - much better here with regards to allergies. owners have not really needed to treat him for anything. 
generally not very interactive at vet clinics. timid.

-Diet proplan dry and some fresh - chicken beef pumpkin carrot broccoli.

-Prev nexgard spectra and wormer
had vaccinations in HongKong 12 months ago . due again . will have lepto vaccine still.

OBJECTIVE: T=  MM pink CRT <2 sec HR 136 = FP RR 40 RESP:NAD
BEHAVIOUR ASSESSMENT: timid, but sweet. likes cat greenies
BCS: 5/9
GIT:oral NAD, good gut sounds, abdomen comfortable. 
U/G:NAD
NEURO: NAD
M/S: tail comfortable . wags it. able to manipulate in all directions. 
SKIN: mild staining in inguinal flaps. generally normal otherwise. 
small mass in left cranial thorax. 
LAB: adipocytes  - likely lipoma. 
OPHTH:NAD
OTIC: NAD
LYMPH/N:NAD
ASSESSMENT:well. some underlying allergies. 
Tx OPTIONS:
TREATMENT:C7 - C5 triennial and lepto - tolerated really .

Sir Homan has had his annual health check today. He is well and been vaccinated. 
We checked the mass on his chest. The results indicate that it is a lipoma ( benign fatty tumour). These generally don't cause any issues but will grow over time. If it changes shape or firmness it should be rechecked.
