02/03/2026 SUBJECTIVE:presented by michelle had spinal surg in Jan. then 6 wks of cage rest in td as feels ears are infected -has had paw licking previously and has had some ear probs but not recently otherwise doing well OBJECTIVE: bilateral otitis L worse than R. can't see to TM's minimal wax salivat staining of paws esp FL paws rest of exam okay HL gait a bit uncoordinated ASSESSMENT: otitis L worse than R PLAN:ideally would give CSTs to open up canals but has been on meloxicam so avoid for now pmp BID for 10 days.r echeck 2 wks unless concerns prior
