Assessment: (dietary indiscretion, food intolerance/IBD, hepatopathy, other endocrine, FB Laboratory: () Treatment: ( Cerenia 60mg sid Omeprazole 20mg, 0.5 tab bid Bland diet - cooked chicken rice Plan: (If no more V+ on cooked chicken rice after 2 weesk, then do gradual intro back onto old diet, new item every 2 weeks - kibble, veg, broth If V+ conts 1. do bloods - if normal 2. proper diet trial, if still V+ 3. abdo U/S
