Deep pain and withdrawal present, but weaker than previous. Assessment: IVDD grade 2Treatment: Metacam po sid ongoingGabapentin po bid -  increase dose to 200mg po bid to keep more quiet. Plan: Owner prefers not to do surgery for another 2 weeks due to fifo. Wants to do surgery when back in GC, but aware that further deterioration would mean more urgent surgery. RV 7 days.
