FNA of swelling: - numerous clumps of mesenchymal cells, active nucleus, deeply stained, overlaid with a collection of 'bubble' looking structures - various single mesenchymal cells throughout the sample, less active- features of malignancy DiscussionHealthy and ok to receive vaccinationDDx toe mass: - mesenchymal tumour -> soft tissue sarcoma vs hemangioma vs hemangiosarcoma vs liposarcoma - features on cytology are not strongly indicative of any differential - consider the 'bubble' material could be fat, may indicate liposarcoma - external appearance indicative of hemangioma/hemagiosarcoma, bled moderately on FNA - definitive diagnosis recommended with use of histopathology after excisional biopsy, also necessary to assess margins of the tumour Discussed with O best practice would be to admit for x-rays of foot and lungs, following up with amputation of the toe and then sending off for histopathology - O consented TreatmentProtech C4 SC BB Oral in buccal cavity PlanC5 booster in 12 monthsBook in either here or at Home vet for xrays + toe amp and histopathology    Vital Signs
