PROCEDURE:
removed wart type mas with elliptical incision rostrallwoer right lip border
2 x SC layer + 1 x subdermal layer
Externally skin glue

3 mm nodule caudal to mass -incised thorough skin layer only and base cauterised

Mass 1 sent for histology-will offer owner histology on smaller mass but no margins taken

MEDICATION / PAIN RELIEF:
meloxicam SC followed by 4 days oral Meloxicam
Oral Amoxicillin due to likely contamination of wound area when eating

Discharge Instructions:
Wound check 5 days
Buster collar to be worn for 10 days
Soft food only 1 week and no ball or toy play for first week
Keep confined for 2 weeks with minimal activity.
