Ok to continue Gabapentin 200 mg PO q 12 hr Ok to administer flea, tick and worm medicine TH approved above. Recommended contacting O again for further update - if Zen continues to improve, would recommend pursuing with additional 4 weeks of Clindamycin then recheck at end of course (repeat CRP). If Zen is not back to his normal self, would recommend recheck for joint aspirates.--- 02/03/2026 13:46:46 CCD:Called Hazel for an update - he's 90% normal. He ate a grape last night, called Kellyville Hospital for advice (12 hr after ingestion), they advised not to do emesis and then recheck with Kellyville 8:40 am Wednesday AM to check parameters. In light of the marked clinical improvement, recommend pursuing with 4 week total course Clindamycin, then recheck for repeat CRP assessment at end of course. Will send an authorisation to dispense to Kellyville. Checked with TH - ok with Kellyville plan RE bloodwork on Wed AM. Cost to dispense at ARH is $260. It is more cost effective to the owner to receive a prescription for chemist warehouse (prescription fee - $56, medication - 3 x 24 bottles around $30). Medication: Clindamycin Concentration: 150 mg Form: Capsules or Tablet Quantity: Clindamycin 150 mg x 4 dispensed 18 additional days required to be dispensed to make 4 week (28 day) total course. --- 02/03/2026 14:23:51 CCD:Called O - happy to proceed with prescription.
