passing black faeces for last 2-3 days....eating little not normal amount, last night ate chicken leg not dry food...offering normal food(dry food and one chicken leg), wouldn't take treats hereno vomitingseems lethargic.bit of a scavengerexam- soft abdo on exam, no masses, no faeces palpable rectal- black faecal material with +++bone fragmentslymph nodes okmm pink moistleft upper canine gingival inflammation and infection with tartar present...all other teeth ok.... advised GA and clean this tooth with x-ray root.chest aus ok problem- Diarr (haemorragic) with poor appetiteoffered bloods- takenstart metrogyl, prokolin, stop metacam (use panadol if req for arthititis).. feed bbq chick and reassessif persists may need intravenous fluids if not drinking and  faecal sample collection and u/s abdo    Vital Signs
