On palpation feels to have a firmer needle-head size ball under skin. R side lateral stifle region Lump R shoulder region is a skin tag, crusted on end. Assessment - lump near stifle - skin infection, insect bite reaction, foreign body, cyst, neoplasia (histiocytoma or other) Plan - course of cephalexin, topical cortisone cream, and ec collarRc in one week
