MSK: very wiggly and hard to palpate joints, HLs mild stiffness but Winston moved a lot. Assessment:Generalised limb stiffness and slow down on walksDdx: OA/DJD vs neoplasia vs other Treatment:1st zydax 0.49ml inj SC Plan: -Dental scale and polish $850, if extractions needed $1200-1800.
