Appointment Notes: ACTH stimHistory: PU/PD getting worse, waking O up multiple times in a night to go toilet. Previous bloods have normal kidneys and ALKP. Previous UCCR is high positive. Also barking for more food. Nervous dog, normally gets previsits in hospital, but O will attempt conscious blood draw for ACTH stim. Examine: Demeanour: BAR, nervousLaboratory: Placed 22G catheter in R lateral saphenous vein. Growled and trashed a bit, but calmed down with firm restraint and treats. Blood collected and labelled as 0hr. Injected 50ug Synacthen IV--- 02/03/2026 13:53:23 JO:Repeated blood draw at 1 hr post Synacthen. Will await results from lab. Vital Signs
