Mark called to make a payment;Ziggy had an exploratory laparotomy yesterdya and had a rough night at home:--she uses the staircase and her Eliz collar gets stuck on the steps: they cannot touch her at all-- in attempting to remove the harness she bit mark on his thumb;CURRENT MEDICATION:SimmetralParoxetine at nightPregabalin 75mg bid and an extra dose prior to vet visits as PVP@4mg/kg currentlyHouse is on 3 levels and stairs are unavaoidable--> recommend out toilet 3 x day under supervision/ no free access to gardenDiscussed with DW: increase dose of Pregablain to 2 x 75mg bid@ 8.3mg/kg bid--> may afford greater analgesia and some sedation.We have recommended that Mark seeks medical attention for his bite wound .

Pre approval given by GAP for xlap.Admitted Ziggy today for xrays/xlap.Anxiety Meds not given last night or this morning.Usually on Pregab, Paroxatine, Symmetral.Ziggy wasn't excited about food last night when owner got home. Ate the can of I/D (156g) in small increments. Ate nearly all the can eventually. Defecated (Mr whippy type of poo) x 2 at 5.30pm last night.Has been drinking alot when got home.Please call owner (Mark) once xrays are completed to get an ok for xlap. LC
