PRESENTING COMPLAINT: Review renal dysplasia
HISTORY: Doing well at home. Doesn't eat much in am but eats okay in pm. Still PU/PD but less since starting renal diet. Appetite stable. Vomited dinner the following morning on one occasion 2 wks ago. Later that day had some unproductive vomiting. Ate dinner that night and seemed okay after that. Faeces brown and formed. Energy levels are good.

Diet: Hills k/d canned and RC canned and dry renal. Add cottage cheese sometimes.

Medication:
Gabapentin 200mg PO once last week for pain relief when limping slightly.
