Dx: Dermatophytosis (ringworm; infx vs environmental) Treatment: Oral BB PO PI2 + Lepto2 SC btw shouldersPlan: Discussed assessment with O. Rec'd oral therapy as P will lick off creams. Discussed zoonosis risk. Hexawash BID 10 days. O was hoping to discuss senior health today, not enough time in appointment today, rec'd discuss at recheck.
