RR: 56. T: 39.8°C. MM: Slightly tacky. Hydration: Mild dehydration based on slightly tacky mucous membranes and capillary refill time 0.5 to 2 seconds slightly increased Ears: Minor greasy discharge Cardiovascular: Subtle LEFT sided murmur Musculoskeletal: Weak although system seems okay Abd palpn unremarkable Dental grade 2 Diagnostics: Chemistry - largely unremarkable. Haematology - monocytosis, mild anaemia ASSESSMENT Fever of unknown origin - DDx: bacterial infection, immune mediated disease such as immune mediated anaemia, internal mass? Internal bleed?
