- Appetite normal. Urination and drinking normal as far as O is aware
- Known food scavenger (nothing that O is aware of). No known pica. No recent access to bones. No known access to toxins and no access to rat bait that O is aware of, there is maybe rabbit bait but again, nothing that O is aware of

ASSESSMENT & PLAN
V+, haemorrhagic D+ DDx: primary GIT vs secondary GIT
<5% dehydration
On a property with snakes and rabbit bait but no known exposure

Options presented to O:
1. Bloods +/- clotting times/ CK (disc that with snake need to re-check coags and CK 4-6hrs later)
2. Supportive care
O elected for option 2
- O feels is unlikely to be snake or rabbit bait so O elected to forgo coags and CK, knowing the risk if it is indeed
- Add psylium husk 1/2 tablespoon SID, small frequent meals, bland diet. Add pro-kolin, milpro, maropitant, oralade
- Warned of AHDS: if bloody liquid D+ persists until tomorrow then review ASAP (or sooner if concerned). Disc that if develops true AHDS will likely need hospitalisation for bloods + supportive care
- If V+ thru maropitant then review ASAP

MEDICATIONS
Pro-kolin, milpro, oralade - follow instructions on label
Maropitant 1mg/kg SC bt the scapulae
