O called now NWB on hind leg that we saw in consult recently. Has no pain relief at home for him, requested to have some dispensed and have booked an appointment on Monday for reassessment with advice to be fasted for x-rays if possible on Monday. AS Hasn't been on NSAIDs etc. so would need to see to dispense. Okay for 500mg paracetamol to be given BID PO until Monday HS. AS called and advised above, O happy with this plan, also advised can give in a very small amount of food on Monday morning before appt AS

Dear Kayne Lovely to meet yourself and Boris today Here is estimate for pre anaesthetic blood and urine test, anaesthetic dental radiographs scale and polish, radiographs of the knee and hip joints ( both left and right for comparison) and investigation of mass on the left ear if needed. The animalius fee is an external fee needed if we send radiographs away for interpretation. If teeth need extraction the estimate will be higher and we can call on the day with update ( possible another 8-900) but I doubt teeth removal needed from what I can asses with him awake. Please make revisit in 2-4 weeks for this procedure ( contact reception) best regards Dr Roshan
