02/03/2026 Diagnosis: Pulmonary carcinoma, post CT surgical resection at VRH, 

History: Gizzie has been very well. Her appetite, thirst, toileting and energy levels remain normal.  There are no new concerns with Gizzie. 

Physical Examination findings: Bright, alert and responsive.
Mm pink, crt < 2 secs, HR 140, RR panting, Temp 38.9, Wt: 5.56
Cardiovascular: no notable murmurs or arrythmias auscultated, femoral pulses good and synchronous
Respiratory: normal respiratory rate and effort, normal bronchovesicular sounds on auscultation, no visible nasal discharge
Gastrointestinal: soft comfortable abdomen on palpation, no strong repeatable focus of pain,
Rectal exam:
Musculoskeletal: no strong repeatable focus of pain on gentle manipulation of limbs and joints, no notable lameness on walk
Neurological: cranial nerves intact, no notable ataxia
Integument: no obvious lesions
Otic/Ocular: normal ocular and otic structures
Lymph Nodes: no peripheral lymphadenopathy noted

Laboratory results: Full bloods performed last Thursday

Treatment: 4.12mg vinorelbine (13mg/m2) was administered IV via a 22g catheter in the x vein using the closed injection Equashield system.


Comments:
