Chews rocks/pebbles around the fence. D+ last night, watery this morning. No V+. Ate dinner and breakfast readily. Physical Exam:Very bar. Pink moist mm. Crt 1s. Comfortable abd palp but very fluidy intestines palpable. Temp normal. Eating treats readily in consult. Assessment: enteritis of unknown cause - dietary, infectious, inflammatory etc. Treatment: Prokolin + bland diet. R/c if not resolving. Vital Signs Weight: 8.5; Temperature: 38.5;
