History: Noticed a lump under lip for 2 days, getting bigger Udon is not bothered by the lump, no bleeding or discharge No current medicationSome coughing like another cat at home (another cat has asthma), but very mild and not often Examine: Small solid lump on mid lower lip. FNA: RBC, occasionally degenerative neut. Assessment: Inflammation +/- infection ddx insect bite, allergy, cat fight Plan:  Start metacam, clavulox. Recheck INI E-collar if trying to scratch     Vital Signs    Weight: 4.4;       MMColour: Pink;       Heart: Normal;       Lungs: Normal;       Demeanour: BAR;       Gingivitis: 0;       Calculus: 0 (Quick Look while he is hissing );       Observation: Normal;       HeartRate: 152;       PainScore: 0;       CRT: 1-2;

Reason: Burnt Paw From Stovetop?Jumped on stove, R paw seems to affected, but not really bothered by it.Objective: Integument: digit 2 and 3 have small blisters on paw. Assessment: Burn - currently non-painful. Plan: Not bothered at the moment at all, no pain relief or antibiotics supplied today.  If Udon's blisters deteriorate any vet can dispense some pain relief (metacam) +/- clavulox.  Additionally, if udon becomes bothered by it or licking O will put on a cone.    Vital Signs
