Reason: GAP ONLYHistory:O reports Daisy has been super hyperactive at home. And licking alot. Has now got a donut on and is much more settled at home, especially if mum doesn't get up. Is currently on 1x 600mg tabs TID, feels this is much better, compared to before, but still appears very hyperactive.Examination:D: Bright and alert, very friendly.Wound incision holding - but not as well healing as it should be by now. No leakage on Caudal aspect of wound, no large fluid swelling noted, able to palpate sutures underneath. Appears to be holding well.Plan:- Recc to continue with sedation medciation to help with healing of spay wound.- 1x 600mg tab gabapentin TID PO until finished.- Can add in trazodone if needed as extra sedation 1.5x 100mg tab BID PO.- Recheck in 7 days time or sooner if not improving. Warned O about delayed healing and likely longer than 14 days now unfortunately.- Spoke about importance of not licking area. Vital Signs Weight: 30.6;
