PLAN:Re-evaluation in 3/12 for a check-up and routine bloods to monitor for any adverse effects of long-term meloxicam, or sooner if any concerns arise.Home into owner's care. CLIENT COMMUNICATION:Discussed the importance of regular monitoring while on meloxicam. Advised that a text will be sent once the 100ml bottle of meloxicam arrives this afternoon for collection.
