Current problems:Carpal joint pian Assessment:Likely sprain, ligament soft tissue injury vs fracture Treatment:Buprenorphine 0.02mg/kg SC @910pm Plan:Meloxicam 12kg dose ONCE a day for 3-5days Restricte exercise for 2 weeks  If lameness persist, worsens - see RV and Xray    Vital Signs    Weight: 12.2;       MMColour: pinkmoist;       Temperature: not taken;       HeartRate: 120;       RespirationRate: 26;       CRT: 2sec;
