HISTORYPresenting for: Murphy presented for ongoing pruritus and secondary skin infections, with continued itching despite previous cytopoint 2 months agoHistorical Conditions: Previous Malassezia infection on feet treated, ears were fairly clean at last visit, received Cytopoint injection 2 months ago (10mg) at same time as vaccinesSkin: Ongoing pruritus affecting feet and other areas of body, licking and chewing at feet, previous crusty discharge between toesCurrent Meds: Cortavance (bottle with syringes for ears), Malaseb washes for feet every 2nd day, cytopoint last 2 months agoEXAMBehavioural: Nervous during examination, watching veterinarian closelyEars: Clean bilaterally, no discharge or inflammation notedIntegumentary: Feet looking significantly improved compared to previous visit, minimal crusty discharge between digits, no significant erythema or swelling noted between toesDiagnostics: Cytology from feet - very few Malassezia organisms present, some bacteria consistent with normal flora, no overgrowth of concern. Secondary infections appear under controlear cytology: AWNLASSESSMENTAllergic dermatitis with secondary Malassezia infection - secondary infections now under control but underlying pruritus persists, likely requiring ongoing allergy management. Cytopoint effects have worn off after 2 monthsPLANNew Meds/Tx:- Cytopoint injection administered today for allergy control- Cortavance spray can be used on feet 1-2 sprays per foot once daily if needed for localised inflammation and itchingAdditional Discussion:- Malaseb foot washes can be reduced in frequency as Malassezia infection is now controlled- If current Cytopoint dose insufficient, can consider increasing dose or alternative daily oral allergy medications- Monitor for recurrence of crusty discharge between toes, resume more frequent washing if needed- Continue current ear treatment protocol as ears remain clean    Vital Signs    Weight: 9.3;
