CRP markedly improved, Neck pain no longer present.GI signs have since resolved. No further V+ or D+ noted. Is however losing some weight despite a great appetite at home. Side effects of prednisolone - PUPD noted at home during the day and night. Plan: Recommended diet trial for suspected IBD / chronic enteropathy. Reduce pred to 20mg PO SID Vital Signs
