Trialled meloxicam, seemed to improve then started again. Toddler fell on her 2 weeks ago, possibly injured.<br>Is otherwise doing fine.<br><br>Exam: BAR, sweet,<br>MSK: no proprioceptive deficits, normal gait, normal stance. Growled when palpating over cervico-thoracic spine but then also growled all the way down. No yelping when picked up in consult. Ribs not painful on palpation. Full ROM in neck. Inconsistent pain response when palpating over back. Sometimes growls sometimes not.<br><br>DDx soft tissue injury vs IVDD vs behavioural?<br><br>Plan:<br>Trial meloxicam and rest for another 14d and if no better then xray spine.</p> </div></html>
