Owner reports ears have not been cleaned as regularly due to recent move from Queensland to Sydney at the start of the month. Sheila loves water and swims frequently. Discharge is worse when Cytopoint is overdue. Currently experiencing loose stools - suspected due to eating chicken feed from partner's chickens. Has food allergies (unknown specific allergen), diet restricted to kangaroo and duck. Previous anal gland issues resolved with diet change. Was scooting slightly when had chicken while staying with mother-in-law during move. Allergies appear worse in NSW/Victoria compared to Queensland.Current medications: Dermotic ear drops, Cytopoint (overdue)Examination:Vitals: - Weight: 17.5 kgPhysical Exam: - General Appearance: Body condition excellent - EENT: Eyelids slightly reduced, nose normal - Oral Cavity: Teeth not great, not bad - Integument: Right ear - pinna greener from outside, ear canal appears okay. Left ear - less affected, ear canal okay. Ear plucking performed. Ears cleaned externally. Antibacterial/anti-inflammatory gel applied to ears. Recheck in 1 weekRecommendations: Avoid water exposure. Continue ear cleaning at home.
