27/02/2026 OR doing well, comfortable, only squinting after tricin application. BAR, friendly Minimal blepharospasm. Cloudy area visible on LHS cornea approx 10mmx15mm at around 4o'clock. Whole area has positive dye uptake, relatively superficial. No scleral inflammation, otherwise eye appears comfortable. Assessment: ulcer larger than previous visits - likely as a result of debridement with swab and algerbrush. Overall area of uptake smaller than immediately after procedure. Plan: continue tricin, review in another 3-4wks. If still same size then consider referral to ophthalmologist.
