Reason: Sudden Onset V+Consultation time:@1935History:Presenting problem:  Audrey was inside the house until evening. She gone out for toilet very briefly. Came running inside immediately after and was lethargic and also vomited in small quantity 3- 4 vomit inside the house.O reports that there are more bees and bull ants in the back yard.Previous medical history/medications:  Examine:  Demeanour - BART:  38.9  HR:  140     RR: 20     mm: pink     CRT: < 2 sec Weight: 11 kg       BCS: 5 /9Cardiovascular - no murmurs or arrhythmias, rate and rhythm within normal ranges Respiratory - no increase in respiratory effort, lungs sounded clear bilaterally Gastrointestinal - soft and comfortable on palpations, no enlargements or masses palpated Urogenital -  NSFMusculoskeletal -NAD. No lameness, no stinger found. Integument -NAD no swollen eyelid/ face / upper lipNeuro - normal mentation, full neuro exam not performed. Eyes - NSFLymph nodes -  WNL Problem list:VomitingPain on LHAssessment:Symptoms are consistent with allergic reaction. Also consider primary GIT diz Vs secondary Diz. Client communication:Offered symptomatic treatment including anti emetic , which owner declined. O prefer to take to reg vet for further investigation should the symptoms deteriorate. Treatment:  Chlorpheniramine inj -1.5 ml sc inj Dexapent @0.1mg/kg - Given 0.22 ml SC inj Plan:Monitor at home and revisit should there be any concerns or recheck at Reg Vet for further investigation.
