Watery eyes overnight, drippiness gotten worse, discharge turning white Hx: Husband fed her this mroning, and both eyes appear cloudy. Discharge has dried up now. Also is acting more quieter than usual. O unsure if she ate breakfast as there is one other cat at home. Happily ate churro offered though. Not fan of water or fountain so fed predominantly wet food, or saucers of milk. UTD with vax, and indoor cat only. No changes in food, house or environment. In the last two months have been trying to mix up her diet as only eats pate, switching up brands gradually over the weeks. No V or D. Other cat at home asymptomatic. Examination: Clinically euhydrated Demeanour/Neurological Ñ BAR, very relaxed cat. Full examination not performed. Eyes - mild mucoid discharge from medial canthus of both eyes. Nil conjuctival reddening or blepharospasm. PLR+ and menace response present bilaterally. Nil foreign bodies or grass seeds evident on cutaneous examination. Ears - clear bilaterally with minimal discharge externally. Mouth Ñ minimal inflammation, tartar buildup. Crt <2 pink moist gums. Salivation of mouth when O handling. Cardiovascular Ñ regular rhythm and rate 180bpm with no obvious murmurs detected. Pulse quality strong and synchronous. LN's Ñ all peripheral LNs WNL Respiratory Ñ normal resp effort with clear lung fields and no crackles or wheezes detected. Abdomen - comfortable on palpation, no abnormalities palpated. BCS 3.5/5 Musculoskeletal Ñ no obvious signs of lameness, muscle atrophy, or pain on limb flexion and extension. Full examination not performed. Integument Ñ full, clean coat with no alopecia, dermatitis, or evidence of ectoparasites Temp: 38.1C Urogenital: normal conformation, nil discharge Rectal: NP Assessment: Plan:
