Discuss gabapentin dose as doesn't seem to be effective and pluck ears if possible

Separation anxiety - when owners leave and give gaba may be quiet for an hour but then howls until they return
Ears - hair regrowth
Due for vacc

On p/e:  BAR,
mm pink
teeth NAD
heart/chest NAD
abdo NAD

plucked ears - very deep hair, no infection

Pi2 and oral BB given

Plan: Discussed separation anxiety (making it a good thing when they leave, boring when they return, leaving tv on and building the time they are away up gradually). Try adding trazadone to gaba - if needs more need to get from C4Vet.
If not working then start fluoxetine.

Comms:

O reported to nurse 600mg gaba had minimal effect. Using just on days O is out of house for long periods. Advised can increase to 900mg (1.5 tabs = 31mg/kg). If insufficient can add in traz to use too
