09/02/2026 1. The changes in the IV disc spaces of C4-C5, C5-C6 and C6-C7 are consistent with
cervical spondylomyelopathy, with an osseous and disc component.
       a. Proliferation of the caudal articular processes of C4 and C5 causing a mild
laterolateral narrowing of the vertebral canal and mild narrowing of the left IV
foramina of C5-C6.
       b. Mild IV disc protrusion in C5-C6 and C6-C7, without evident compression of
the spinal cord.

2. Changes in the atlas consistent with incomplete ossification of the atlas consistent with
a congenital anomaly, most likely consistent with an incidental finding.

3. Mild degenerative joint disease in the metacarpophalangeal joints of the 3rd digit in the
left manus and 2nd and 3rd digits in the right manus. Mild soft tissue swelling of the
periarticular soft tissues.

4. Unremarkable shoulders, elbows and carpi.
