Intermittent diarrhoea with haematochezia<br>- Likely lower GI irritation vs infectious vs FB (unlikely given otherwise well) <br>- Bland diet: chicken and rice for 5 days <br>- Pro kolin BID until finished (approximately 4 days supply)<br>- Return if lethargy, inappetence, or no improvement<br><br>Plan:<br>- Return if diarrhoea or blood in stool persists beyond 3 days<br>- Return if any signs of lethargy, inappetence<br><br></p></html>
