D+ yesterday Still BAR, ate cat poo a few weeks ago Gave him some chicken/rice Person () Insurance () Reminders () Preventatives () Human with patient today () History: Watery D+ about 2 weeks ago, think he has cat poo but not sure Only given chicken and rice then resolved by itself, reintroduced his normal food for a week Watery D+ with mucous, straining again last night Very restless, eating grass Restarted giving him chicken and rice This morning the D+ seemed to have resolved Parasite Prevention: (NGS UTD) Medications and supplements: (Probiotics) Diet: (Blackhawk lamb dry, kangaroo mince raw, sardine every now and then) Overdue reminders: (N) Clinical Exam: Demeanor (BAR) TPR (WNL) BCS (4)/9 Dental grade: (Cannot assess today), findings: () Eyes: Grossly normal OU. CV: Cannot auscultate today as growled Resp: Above Abdo: Soft, non-painful, no palpable organomegaly, masses, or other abnormalities Integ: soft and shiny hair coat. No evidence of ectoparasites. No obvious lesion. Ears: Grossly normal MSK: Ambulating normally. No overt lameness noted. Cannot assess ROM. Neuro: Normal gait and mentation, CNs normal; full neurologic exam not performed Assessment: D+ Treatment plan: Given still well and himself, prokolin+ PO BID If no better by monday needcs to run faecal PCR and go from there
