WEIGHT: 15.10 HISTORY: Jumped out of car 2 days ago, did not seem in pain straight after but started limping that afternoon. RH lameness still present over weekend and this AM O have 1/4 paracetamol tablet on Saturday. EDDU as normal CLIN_EXAM: BAR RH 3-4/5 lameness No pain on palpation, flexion or extension of RH. NSAIDs and rest for 5-7 days. R/v next week. Radiographs INI or still concerned.
