28/02/2026 Noted irritated with rump about a week ago. Restarted Bactricorten B cream. Has been applying on alternate days. Has stopped getting worse but not resolving. Started to get irritated with ears during the week. Shaking head and scratching. O has been using eye drops twice weekly and eyes are better than they were but still a little red and mucoid.
PE: Erythema and ceruminous dc on both ears. Right ear worse and mildly stenotic. Both ears puritic on combing. Mod dental dx. Bilateral corneal dystrophy. Right eye mild blepharitis and episcleritis with mucoid dc. Left eye mild neovascularisation. LN, hrt/lng snds, abdo palp normal. HR108, reg. BCS 6/9. Pruritic on combing. Crusting plaque on dorsal rump. 
Path: Mixed infection right ear, yeast only left ear.
Tx: Cleaned ears. Applied Osurnia.
Clipped fur over rump. O to apply Bactricorten cream bid for a week. To start oral ab and pred. O has medication wash at home recommend twice weekly medicated shampoo and conditioner until skin clears.
To increase cyclosporin to alternate day application. 
To recheck in a week. Likely to need a second ear treatment and then another recheck before switching to elocon longer term.
