LEG MASS BLEEDINGAppointment Notes: Wound on leg, happened yesterday, O wrapped up last night but has been actively bleeding, thinks something is stuck in it. Milo constantly licking. Offered for myself to look at it, or for owners to call around other clinic. Will come here first Subjective: - Bleeding wound on medial aspect of right foreleg - Licking at wound for last couple of days - Consistently oozing bloodObjective: - Small 2mm raised vascular mass on medial aspect of right foreleg - Oozing from surface - No significant change to surrounding skin - FNA performed: occasional large plump spindle cells in background of blood contamination and platelet clumps; no mast cells or other significant cells seenAssessment & Plan:1. Vascular Mass - Right Foreleg - Findings suggestive of small vascular tumour; haematoma also a possibility - Bandage applied to wound - Monitor over next week; if persists, surgical removal to be performed
