02/03/2026 Diagnosis:Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia on flow cytometry. Chlorambucil revisit. Diagnosed in January 2024. 

History: Aidy has been the best he has been in the past 6 months.  He is currently receiving prednisolone 10 mg PO SID. This has resulted in improvement in his stool. He is currently blackmores fish oil supplement.

Laboratory results: CBC performed in house with manual blood film assessment.

Platelets:

Manual differential count:  Neutrophils %, Lymphocytes %, Monocytes %, Eosinophils %.
Platelets: clumped and adequate
Morphology: Normal 

Treatment: xmg x was administered IV via a 22g catheter in the x vein using the closed injection Equashield system.
